Founded in 2005 and listed on the ASX in 2017. Acquired goat milk products producer NuLac Foods later in 2017, and in 2019 entered into a partnership Bega Cheese Ltd to produce a goat milk formula for infants. Began a joint venture in 2019 with China's Beingmate to distribute and promote Bubs products in China, but in 2021 decided to go it alone with its own Chinese subsidiary.
