One of Australia's largest privately owned independent milk supply companies. Founded in 1999. Acquired the Murray Bridge and Jervois Dairy factories in South Australia from Lion in 2012, including the Caboolture cheese brand. Acquired by Hong Kong businessman William Hui in Feb 2014 for around $70m. Murray Goulburn acquired the Carboolture brand after United Dairy Power's parent company went into receivership in late 2014. Australian-based Beston Global Food Company acquired the company in 2015.
