The CFTC Order requires Olam International and Olam Americas to pay a $3m civil monetary penalty and prohibits them from committing future violations of the Commodity Exchange Act and CFTC Regulations, as charged when they failed to disclose that trading accounts between their trading desks were not independently controlled.
