Holding company

Formerly Quick Service Restaurant Holdings, the company changed its name to Craveable Brands in 2017. Owner of 3 chicken fast food chains: Red Rooster, Chicken Treat (WA only) and Oporto. Acquired by PAG in 2019. Operates more than 570 restaurants across Australia, with about 80% being franchised.

In May 2002, Perth based Australian Fast Foods acquired Red Rooster from Coles Myer Ltd. AFF also owns 68 Chicken Treat stores in WA.


  - Oporto Franchising Pty Ltd 

Fast food retail

Founded in Bondi, Sydney. Oporto now has over 110 stores across Australia and New Zealand, with over 95% of them franchises. Bought by QSR Holdings (owner of Red Rooster and Chicken Treat) in 2007 for $60 million.


Lexmark International Inc (43% owned) 

Printers

Formed in 1991 as a spinoff from IBM. Manufacturer of laser printers and imaging products. Acquired in 2016 by a consortium of investors led by Ninestar (formerly Apex Technology) and PAG Asia Capital.
