Acquired by PAG in 2019. Operates more than 570 restaurants across Australia, with about 80% being franchised.

Founded in Bondi, Sydney. Oporto now has over 110 stores across Australia and New Zealand, with over 95% of them franchises. Bought by QSR Holdings (owner of Red Rooster and Chicken Treat) in 2007 for $60 million.


Patties Foods Pty Ltd 

Pastry manufacturing

Founded in Lakes Entrance (VIC) in 1966. Products manufactured at their facility in Bairnsdale, VIC. Acquired by Hong Kong private equity firm PAG in 2022.


  - Chefs Pride Pty Ltd 

Food suppliers

Chefs Pride is a major supplier to the Australian Foodservice Industry. The company specialises in supplying high quality frozen fruits and frozen fruit purees to international 4 and 5 star hotels, restaurants and other leading establishments.Chef's Pride and Creative Gourmet are sister companies. Both were bought by Patties in May 2007.


  - Australian Wholefoods Pty Ltd (50% owned) 

Ready meals

Established in 1990. Operates a manufacturing facility in South Australia. Patties Foods acquired 50% of the company in 2017.


Cordina Chicken Farms Pty Ltd 

Value added chicken products

Distributes to supermarket chains, specialist chicken shops, delicatessens, restaurants, and food outlets in NSW, QLD, VIC, SA. Also exports to Asia Pacific and Middle East. Acquired by Hong Kong private equity firm PAG in 2022.


Lexmark International Inc (43% owned) 

Printers

Formed in 1991 as a spinoff from IBM. Manufacturer of laser printers and imaging products. Acquired in 2016 by a consortium of investors led by Ninestar (formerly Apex Technology) and PAG Asia Capital.
