Business Ethics Disposal of effluent
Gruppo Campari's immediate priority in its 11m Euro expenditure on the recently acquired Lascelles will be to upgrade the facilities for the disposal of the controversial effluent called dunder. Appleton Estates current disposal of dunder has come under the scrutiny of the National Environmental & Planning Agency (West Indies). It is alleged that it was polluting the Black River, affecting fish and shrimp production.
