In 2020 the Therapeutic Goods Administration's Complaints Resolution Panel upheld complaints about an email by this company which was forwarded to customers claiming that Abundant Natural Health's product, hand disinfectant was effective against COVID-19. The Panel determined that the email breached advertising codes, and requested the company issue a retraction statement to their e-mail subscribers.

On its website this company claims that its products are free of animal-derived ingredients, microbeads, and parabens and sulphates. They use recyclable packaging, are certified cruelty free and their products are 100% Australian grown, owned and made.
